korean, if it matters. More like 18:1 rather than 19:1, but it's moot. Zero backlash
and no slop of any kind. I got the metal keystone knobs, so they weigh just a tad more than the fact. Gibbys. I would guess the "pearloid" plastic knob set may weigh some grains less than the fact. Gibs. The bezel (backplate) is somewhat thinner, and the
bottom of the gearhousing being round means less metal. The gear housing and bezel appear to be one casting. If anyone can figure out how they got the gears in there, let me know. I will be getting a pearloid button set soon.
