After all is said and done, few components are as critical to the quality of your sound as your power tubes. In short, improperly balanced and biased tubes can wreak havoc with your amp's overall performance, and more importantly with your sound.

Unbalanced tubes will draw unequal amounts of current, won't sound as musical, and will probably emit an audible hum. But the Alessandro Bias and Matching Meter lets you regain control over your amp's sonic output. It's remarkably quick and easy to use, and it works with 6L6, 6V6, 5881, EL34, 7581, 7591, 7027, KT66, KT77 and KT88 tubes; or any octal tube with the Plate on pin 3.

Simply install the power tubes into the amp through the bias sockets, turn the amp on, then check and adjust the bias. It's fast, accurate and easy. It makes it easy for even a do-it-yourselfer to bias and balance the tubes in an amp!
