AmplifiedParts at SXSW part II

So Gear Alley ended on Friday and the Guitar Show on Saturday. We sold some stuff but mainly it was just about talking to musicians and bonding with customers. It was freezing cold on Saturday! I saw quite a few bands on that night,(The Like, Minus the Bear, Kings Go Forth, CasioKids plus about a zillion others that weren't on my schedule.) Sunday, the last day of the Festival, was pretty dead. I expected more of a finale, but there were really only a few bands playing and venues open, with not many people on the streets. South By Southwest was a great time and a success, but it was a long trip. We are glad to be home and are now getting ready to put on the Tempe Guitar Show!
